I’ve always been captivated by people and their stories — what shapes us, challenges us, and ultimately brings us home to ourselves. That deep curiosity led me to a career in Psychology, and for over two decades, I’ve had the honor of walking with individuals and couples as they navigate growth, healing, and transformation.
Melon Psychology was born from a belief I hold close: that fulfillment doesn’t happen by accident. It’s shaped by perspective, intention, and the courage to do the work.
When I’m not in session, you’ll find me spending time with my family, loving on our animals, and staying grounded through movement, nutrition, fresh air, and the rituals that keep me mentally strong. I believe growth can be both gentle and powerful — and that everyone deserves a life that feels authentic and alive.
